This is the estimated time needed for removing your old motor, and installing a 617.951/952 turbo-diesel engine into your W460 Diesel G-Wagen. Actual time and cost will vary depending on the condition of your vehicle, as sometimes work to the rest of the drivetrain is also needed.

In addition to the motor itself, additional expected costs are for fluids, filters, motor mounts, radiator upgrade, engine support arms, and exhaust system conversion. These costs vary from about $2000 to $3000, depending on the vehicle.
