This is a brand new heavy-duty aluminum radiator kit for Mercedes G-Wagen diesels; it includes brackets, hoses and pipes needed to upgrade. When upgrading from a naturally-aspirated Mercedes diesel engine to a turbodiesel Mercedes engine a radiator upgrade is a necessity.
This kit seriously upgrades the cooling system of your W460/461 G Wagon as it uses the later style aluminium radiator (originally found in W463 chassis).
It comes with the required brackets, hoses and pipes to install. It is necessary to mount the header tank in a suitable place on your build.
This kit was designed for use with the OM606 (6 cylinder diesel engine), and so if you are installing it in a vehicle with a 4 or 5 cylinder engine, the coolant hoses may be too short.
This is perfect when using other high performance parts, such as a modified diesel Mercedes fuel injection pump, performance turbocharge & intercooler, or custom-forged diesel performance pistons.
